Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel fraudulent or incorrect orders, and update product pricing or specifications at any time.  Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and vehicle information.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Infinite Offroad is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.  See shipping policy for additional details.

Returns

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are subject to our current Return Policy.

Warranty

Eligible Infinite Offroad products are covered by our: 25yr you break it we replace it UN-VOIDABLE warranty.  Warranty coverage and claim requirements are subject to our current Warranty Policy. Third-party products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty.

Installation & Product Use

Customers are responsible for proper installation, wiring, mounting, and use.  Infinite Offroad is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, misuse, incompatible components, or improper vehicle modifications.

Vehicle Lighting Laws

Lighting laws vary by state and local jurisdiction. Some colors, flashing modes, brightness levels, or lighting products may be restricted for use on public roads.  It is the customer's responsibility to make sure products are installed and used legally.

Product Information

We make every effort to provide accurate product photos, descriptions, specifications, and fitment information. Products may occasionally be updated or revised without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Offroad is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including vehicle downtime, lost income, labor charges, towing expenses, or damage.
