rETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
Exchanges are handled via a standard return and re order. If you would like to swap it for another product simply return the product and we will issue a refund. You can place the replacement order at any time to limit turn time on you getting the item you need.
Returns window
90 days from the date of purchase. The item must be shipped no later than the 90th day from date of purchase.
Product must be brand new, unmodified and uninstalled.
Please package back up in the original packaging as much as possible.
Make sure to send back all wiring and accessories which were in the original shipment.
Missing, damaged or modified items may result in a partial refund to cover items that cannot be restocked or require repackaging.
Return shipping
Customer will provide their own label. Please save your tracking number.
Refunds
Returns refunds are normally processed in about a week. Once your return is delivered you can reach out and request it to be expedited if needed.
Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Transactions fees 3%-6%
Original transaction fees charged by the payment processor is not refunded. This fee is charged by the CC processor or financing company. When a refund is issued the original fees are not refunded by the processor, which means unfortunately we cannot refund.

Afterpay & Affirm = 6%
Order cancellations

Cancellations prior to the order being shipped will will have the order and shipping refunded minus the processing fees.

Please make sure to include "RETURNS" in the company name.

When possible use original purchasers name and address on return address.
