RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not exchange product for online orders, if you would like to swap it for another product simply return the product and we will issue a refund, you can order the new product at any time so that you don't have to wait for the return to be processed before getting your new product on the way.

Returns are accepted up to 90 days from the date of purchase.​

The item must be shipped no later than the 90th day from date of purchase.

Product must be new, unmodified and uninstalled.

​Please package back up in the original packaging as much as possible.

Make sure to send back all wiring and accessories which were in the original shipment.

Missing items may result in a partial refund to cover the missing items and repackaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please save your tracking number.

Refund will be processed to the original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) minus the original shipping fees and a 4% transaction fee. Cancellation will only be charged the 4% transaction fee.

Returns are not covered under warranty due to damage, poor packaging, used items, etc...​
